we sell and rent your property and have different packages these are:

1. Platinum:- Higher rate of commission earned, which allows a access to a better level of coverage of your property including aerial drone footage and an open house event, more media coverage goes into this than the other packages. 

2. Gold:- This package is the middle ground between the platinum package and the silver package, In this package you get a similar level of online coverage but no open event or drone footage, 

3. Sliver 1:- This package is a typical house sale in the UK picture and details are listed and is advertised on the market 

4. Silver 2:- This allows a faster sale of your property however this is all down to the circumstances that will be discussed in a sit down meeting or in a phone call dependant on what you prefer. 

The sale  will be expertly handled and also allows you to discuss what option we can provide, 

 

Property deal sourcing.

At carpenters signature we offer two type of investment route these are:

1. bespoke:- a bespoke deal that we offer at Carpenter's Signature is when we will ask you all about the property you are looking for to best suit your property portfolio, we will then ask for a portion of the service fee upfront, we then take two weeks to search for you desired property, once found we will then arrange a zoom meeting with you that allows us to show you all the details about the property, this meeting will only take place once we have received the rest of the agreed fee which will be discussed when we ask you all about your property that you are searching for.​

2. Normal property sourcing:- we have a full deals that we have already agreed to before you even start the process. we send out emails for opportunities like this and it works on a first come first served basis so make sure to keep an eye on your emails to be quick enough and not miss out.

 Both of these opportunities are only available by signing up with the form below. The emails will come in for both of these opportunities so make sure that you check your emails for these, be quick so you can get you chance at either as they are both first come first served. They also come with 14 day refund but if you make contact with the selling agent or seller then you will  not be entitled to a refund.
